Through the Kansas Mental Health Positive Behavior Support Project, four Kansas PRTFs will have the opportunity to participate in organization-wide positive behavior support training and planning activities. These activities are free but the availability of the training is limited. The utilization of the evidence based practice of positive behavior support will provide additional resources to PRTFs and the children they serve, ultimately increasing likelihood of children staying in their homes, communities and schools. Participating PRTFs include KVC (Prairie Ridge and Wheatland campuses), Lakemary Center (Paola), Pathway, Inc. (Topeka), and United Methodist Youthville (Dodge City).
